Hangouts: This question requires a lot of thought and consideration. First of
all, the river is right out, for obvious
reasons. The local TV station offers a
good surrounding for learning about video production and to allow a creative
out-pouring.
However, unless one wants to look like a fool in front of his/her
peers and made fun of every day. I would suggest the
local bowling alley,
because it not only allows you to be discreet in the public eye, but also
provides for substance
when trying to get on a nationwide TV show like "Let's
Bowl."
